Meet Lydia

I've spent my career being the person others rely on. Years of managing schedules, vendors, travel and the endless small logistics of busy offices and households taught me something simple: most people don't need more hours in the day, they need someone trustworthy to take a few things off the list.

I started Lydia & Co. here in Encinitas because I love this work. I like solving the puzzle of a full calendar, chasing down the thing nobody has time to chase, and handing something back finished. My clients tend to say the same thing after a few weeks — they stopped worrying about the details.

My approach is personal. I get to know how you like things done, I ask questions early so I don't have to ask them later, and I keep you informed without adding to your inbox. Everything I see and handle stays private, always.
